Yah your right. Either way its good like you stated, But I think it wouldnt have to do with the merger. When that happens we would see alot more than a 4.8 M shares being bought after hours. It would probably be the amount of restricted shares that a broker (for HKBV) is holding onto which is aprox. 750M shares. Cant imagine what the PPS would be like when that happens
