CNBC is a bunch of idiots. Everytime that little stupid fuck from the realators association gets on and calls a bottom to the housing market, they applaud him and say well if you say so it must be true.

the one housing analyst they have on that has actually gotten it right, the s and p real estate analyst, keeps saying we're no where near a bottom, and cnbc calls him a perma bear, then quotes the realators assoc guy.
