What excatly is ahppening is it dilution or Naked shorts playing a major role..

At least just heard that SEC is coming up with strict rules for naked shorts... the just woke up realizing this and claim that LEH, AIG are vitcims of shorts...what ever happy to hear. Atleast as a true investor I will see more value.
