The website was a minor over site that was forgotten about, as you yourself stated that the CEO was not aware that it was still there. It has been corrected, it was not meant to deceive as you state. There was an actual letter of intent to buy both companies and the deals fell through. The company does not have an IT department, it consists of 2 people and sub-contractors and partner deals.

I remain rosy because of the facts on the table, I can not control the activities of the MM's or the CD holders, but I am aware of it. Soon enough the debt will be paid off, the CD holders will be gone, and the manipulation will stop. For the time being, patience is required. Selling now at a 100% loss will serve what exactly, that just means you gave in to the manipulation like everyone else that has lost money. You have been well aware of this since you first came here, no one hid this from you. If you wish to sell and leave with loss, that is most certainly your option. You are not alone in your losses right now, and I'm sure there are others on this board that are sitting at a much higher loss then you, including myself, I am down almost $10K at this point, yet you don't see me or others throwing in the towel do you?

Is it depressing watching this day after day, absolutely, but I can not control the game. I and others are at least making attempts to correct the problem, not just complaining that its happening. Unfortunately our governement is slow to act in matters like this, but by now we have to have eyes looking at this, even more after todays announcement.
