Highest number of OUTSTANDING Shares in company history too! I'm sure theres alot of convertibles getting dumped, NIR is not the type of company to just sit on their hands and wait for Tom G to pay them back, they have a deal for convertible debentures, we were told Tom was paying them off with his big financing deal, well the Big financing never came thru, so I guarantee NIR is here behind the scenes somewhere. Unless someone has some credible info, I have to believe this because it's in the SB-2 filing.
