I'm OK for the rest of the month with letting this mass discussion/links to new SEC ruling about naked short selling fly. While it is technically off topic on a per stock basis, it's a pretty significant ruling and it seems every penny stock board on the site wants to discuss - so, let 'em. There certainly isn't much else out there positive to discuss!
