I do not think the SEC could care less about people like him. Right now they have enough problems with real companies and do not care about us who lost thousands of dollars at his hand. He also I am sure covers his arse since he is a SEC attorney and know how to work the system. He is just a sleazy scummy pink sheet pimp!
