...possibly misled investors? It can't be, can it? I mean all we hear about is his unimpeachable integrity and strong qualities as a steward of shareholder assets, right?

Shareholders should always remember they are investing in people first and the business second. If the people leading the business are not up to the task the business cannot succeed no matter how good the fundamentals appear to be. Lynn has long proven he is not up to the task.
