Scott seems certain that is the wrong thing to do.
The plan Scott has put in place was designed to fetch maximum value for the Nemegosenda property. It was stated multiple times by the company that entering a JV early would cost the company a huge amount of money in future profits. From what I understand, it is not even a consideration at this point.
