You are right about one thing. The us gov is showing signs of a "facist" state. It is beyond my scope of comprehension that they are now the controlling owner of one of the largest companies in the world.

Think about it. The US government is now 80% owner of one of the largest private industry companies in the world, a dow 30 component. Frightening.
