Although the audited financial or IPO is the final proof, we cannot name it scam by nonsense reasons such as why they are doing business in Thailand instead of US, or why Jack is taking care of the stock, etc. Jack claimed himself the biggest shareholder. I don't see whoever taking care of his own money is guilty. I also didn't find Jack as a manager. I rather see him as an owner, just as a NBA teamer owner sitting in the fans watching his team play. In fact, I see Jack is communicating with investors in a fancy creative way. Why do 'scammers' think only obsolete way of communication is legit. I think they are smart working as a Thailand realtor first. You know how much they can earn when they sell a hotel or a big piece of land. Since it is going to IPO, the current pps means nothing. You can consider BZTG doesn't exist at all.
You know for some 10 or 20 guys around, the only English word they know is 'scam'. They proudly present themselves as scammers with kindergarten logic.
