I am not holding myself out as a trading expert in sub-penny stocks , I threw out an idea or two with clawmann.

And offered an answer to you when you asked how can trades go off below the bid or above the ask.

You're right , it could have been any number of things. It could even have been drmyke talking an MM into filling his buy order at .003.
