I wonder if they are going to uphold it, and force the current naked shorts to cover. If so, the pink and otc markets could really take off this year.

Amazing news, hopefully it actually comes to pass. It could really play havoc with the Brokerages, and may even bankrupt some, so I'd imagine that all current NS would have to be grandfathered, or else it could have a devastating effect on the economy and trading market in general. What do you think?

CYRD made a quick move today, but needs more daily volume, I'd expect a pullback soon, but both daily and weekly are looking good.
