tdameritrade said i would have had to of asked for my cert number before the r/s effective date. My shares are now lumped in with all the other ameritrade FRTL shareholders who did not ask for certificates. So hopefully someone on this board has there cert number for their FRTL shares and can call island, if not then we will be in the dark about where the conversion process is currently.
