TIV JUNE PRODUCTION NOW ON THE DOGGR FTP SITE

Including the wells at Oxnard.

At first glance it appears something besides actual oil & gas production revenues must have been included in the 2Q08 Oil & Gas Revenues which showed in TIV's 2Q08 10-Q.

I say that because when we took those total revenues , then backed out the known April and May production numbers for all wells (including the 'C' wells) , it was possible to calculate that the quarterly revenues could have predicted as much as 54,000 bbls of June oil production from Pleasant Valley (Oxnard).

However , in this DOGGR report , it appears that Oxnard had total June production of 17,740 bbls.

I don't have time to do much analysis at the moment and can only say that:

- Total Gas Production for June , 25,668 mcf , appears to be lower than our estimate of ~36,000 mcf. That estimate assumed that June gas production would be the same as May , and actually June production turned out to be lower than May.

- Oxnard production , 17,740 bbls , was less than a third of a revenues-based estimate I made of ~54,000 bbls. On a positive note though , June's Oxnard production was nearly double Oxnard's May production of 9,696 bbls.

It's a head - scratcher ... where did all of those 2Q08 O&G revenues come from? It really doesn't look like it was solely oil and gas production , what else got thrown in there?
