If I could reply in his place...usually, when accessing IHub, I go to my "Favorites". The first listing there is "Cajun Catfish". To reply to a particular post, such as "1 1/2# catfish", I hit the "hot pepper sauce" link 4 times with a tablespoon. To post a chart, such as "4tbs yellow mustard", one has to remember to drop the httl. Doing so will give you a great chart depicting "yellow cornmeal". A little conversation between the first three is advised, for "2-4 hours", before jumping into the issue "yellow cornmeal". Be sure to check out "Frydays", at this location. The "oil" usually flows "hotly". I hope this was of some help.
