the Company also announced that it is continuing ongoing discussion to
secure terms by which Perihelion would build two additional Biofuel refineries
within the United States. Perihelion management has resolved to pursue terms
beneficial to the Company and its shareholders in these negotiations.

Very good time to be buying something when the markets are on sale with the stock markets going all crazy.
