Cities of Alabama in sewer/seeking Chaper 11 rather then paying debts off

Its the City of Opp I'm more worried about then Perihelion, its the town that hasnt finished what they promised, yet they expect the plant to run at full capacity when the city hasnt put in the infrastructure.

I doubt the City of Opp can afford its obligations as its also cutting back on roads. Its all the government, state and cities of Alabama that are in fiscal chaos and shirking their responsibilities, wanting deals and freebies.

Its all about sewers...just like what Perihelion is complaining about, not getting his sewer services properly put in place.

PRGL likely is in better fiscal position then the City of Opp Alabama is.

PRGL maybe flush with CASH while it waits for infrastructure and government approvals and red tape to get signed. Bebee was smart to turn the services off rather then paying the city of Opp for broken promises.
