Wow could you produce that 8K filing which states that David K. Richards has first charge over all of Aero's current and future assets?
You know and I know that it does not exist as that Loan which Mr.Richards just provided recently to Aero is New and not from October of 2007 and that new loan according to the state of Utah gives Mr.Richards first charge on All of Aeros current and future assets.
Furthermore according to the SEC, all material events which that little loan deal most certainly is requires that Aero file an 8K within 4 business days and Aero has not filed one, they are not in compliance with SEC rules at this juncture and if they fail to provide the details of that material event in the next filing they could find themselves in a whole heap of trouble and just so we are clear here............its not they "CAN" file it in the next filing, it is they "MUST" file it in the next filing or face consequences and that is per the SEC.
So at this juncture Aero is not a fully reporting company, they have FAILED to file an 8K within 4 business days of a HUGE MATERIAL EVENT and that is not a debatable issue.
What is AERO HIDING? Why have they chosen to hide the details of that loan?
How many shares were given to Mr.Richards?
What is the term of the loan?
What is the interest rate of the loan?
Cant wait to see what Aero PR's next.....its always next week! or Two weeks, or Year over Year etc...etc......we have been hearing that garbage for over a year now and as each month, day and week passes the PPS seems to sink lower and lower each and every time, the only thing left at this juncture is the "substantial" reverse split the company stated it would execute when "practical" and I imagine that will be a doozy!
Nothing to support a higher pps here, never has been.
