The Italian Merge. IMO they knew what was going to happen in china as far as the Milk companies getting a bad rap with some kind of toxic material and ther production supply, killing Babies and injuring thousands. China in the past has known to be making harmful material, just as the led in toys. So im figuring they didnt want to put that in the news to disrespect the Chineas company, they might have just blown them off. Then the Italian company who they've been working with offered a proposal and they are leaning that way. Probably a better decision. AGAIN IMO

Spoke with IR (860.819.3746) He is picking up his phone at the moment. Merger is occuring ASAP...They are waiting to figure out a short postion that was just taken in the last week. News coming towards the end of the week(maybe) but he said it will happen(we will recieve a PR) within the next 2 weeks regarding the merger. They stoped releasing news, because the merger is occuring as we speak. They will offically speak to us once they figure out who and how much has been shorted. Real company from Italy buying us. Cash and Stock. Stock will be paid for on the open market... Just thought everybody would like to know. GUy was giving of info...on a cell phone howevere with bad signal, so i made him repeat everything over and over.. Please call everyone and find out more..
