My name is Jon Davis, My Dad was a investor in this company for a loss of somewhere over 5 grand. I am currently being harrased on a daily basis on internet games online by people claiming to be apart of this company. I am currently taking the college course business law and i landed upon some very upsetting news, just as upsetting as those people are online. According to my business law textbook, i am going to quote these facts. "Liability is is also imposed on those who are negligent for not discovering the fraud. ", "Violators may be fined up to 10,000 or imprisoned for 5 years or both." As it is impossible for me to play anything on the internet without being harassed, i am not sure weather it is because this company is fraud or it is because my dad infringed on a security's law by investing as a accredited investor. Also, the rule "all such short swing profits must be returned to the cooperation" applys to this spacific stock chart meaning that i could have never made "a few bucks" when the stock went up because it was a short swing rise. It is also very upsetting that if there was any dispute that the company held in interest to this account it would have to be held in a federal court due to the fact that more then 5 thousand dollars is involved as opposed to the small claims court. I personally and my dad as well would just like to take the loss and move on, but it seems impossible as to the harassment we are receiving online on social tools we use on a day to day basis. If anyone has a opinion on this info i would appreciate it, as i am only 20 and i don't have what i would call sufficient understanding on this matter. And if anyone is reading this from the company, please get off my computer games, I cant really hold anything to ya because i dont understand any of this stuff and i dont have the money to higher a lawyer yet alone find one that understands this area. I have never been in a court for this kind of thing before, as i was a minor when my dad owned stock in wi-fitv. I just want you to go away.
