Just spoke via phone with Harold CEO IEME and board meeting coming up 16th..
says gona be more PR friendly than SHCC lol
says IEME has a biz with real earnings..
says IEME has acquisitions on target and lined up...
says acquisitions will be with CASH thus no dilution although might require some shares but no big deal he says in relation to the value of the acquisition...
says wants IEME to be, do & become a good stock & good company
says website should be up soon..
so pretty much sums up a nice chat I had

S8 + CD = Contaminated Dilution + Warrants!
