Troy, Thanks to you and everyone about the updates. I will listen tonight. Sounds encouraging.

To this statement:
"We are very advanced in negotiations with ship drill, ahhh, Drillship... which should be position to drill 1st quarter."

With this in mind and the mention of the storm that prevented them from talking to crew, and also mention that they believed they could have announced a rig at this CC, then it would be safe to say that we should hear within one week if they are successful in removing the crews fears and that we have a rig. I say one week because the storm is not an issue now and lasted only a couple of days so they should only be a couple of days behind schedule so talking to crew is not an issue so if they could have announced it at the CC save for the storm, then 1 week should be enough. Otherwise, it is more of the same.

I am hoping for the announcement for sure. Will it be done.
Only the shadow knows. Or not.
