I agree it would help. But, if this ever going to happen ???.
At that point it is easier for them to go bancrupt /close the books then to make 20 millions dollars they took from investors. We need to find the way to get the money back from them. If we call caps on them - would this help???? Do you know that you can call caps on any company that was stealing your money ??? It dosen't do much, but shame will be published in local newspapers-preventing them from doing business.
