OR Retailer Launches Bluetorch(TM) Brand Apparel on the Internet

LOS ANGELES, Jun 1, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Bluetorch Inc. (BTOR, Trade), announced today that Bluetorch(TM) branded apparel will be available for sale on a retailer's e-commerce site. Bluetorch branded apparel is designed, developed and sold to action sports retailers by Bluetorch Inc.'s subsidiary Unboxed Distribution Inc.

The initial e-commerce site is California based Bluetorch retailer, Sprockets http://www.siliconvolley.com. This retail outlet will be offering the brand's young men's t-shirts through their web site in addition to carrying the product in their store.

Bruce MacGregor, President & CEO stated, "This is a major convenience for consumers interested in the Bluetorch brand and emphasizes the strength that Bluetorch apparel is building among our target consumer audience, a fact recognized by retailers. The establishment of additional e-commerce sites by our retailers is expected. In addition, Bluetorch Inc. stated that its subsidiary Unboxed Distribution Inc and Dome Exchange Pty. have discontinued efforts on an agreement whereby Unboxed would have licensed Aztec Rose for North America.
