When I was initially doing my DD on this stock I came across a post by you stating the engineering needed to apply for the permits was already completed. Now Lou Bavakis is quoted in this newspaper article "He added it will take several months for the company to assemble the necessary information for the permitting process". Whats up? These two statements do not agree. Either the engineering is done or it isn't.
