Proxy:

1. To approve the Amendment of the Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized
capital to 3 billion common shares ($0.0001 par value) and 100 million preferred shares
($0.0001 par value) in such classes or series and with such rights and privileges as the
Board of Directors may hereafter determine.

2. To approve the change of the Company's name and trading symbol, no later than
September 15, 2009, to such other name and trading symbol as the Board of Directors
may choose. (Change to Green Star Energies, INC.)

Thoughts? Feels like dilution to me.
