J...My question was directed moreso at you. I was asking for your opinion and feelings on what HAS transpired here recently with the poor quality of service and charging for services not received...This has mostly occurred since the big changes in management. People have paid a recurring monthly charge for a service that cannot be used effectively. They cannot get the business dept on the phone to seek reimbursement. I don't understand how you can look at it as a minor incidental. It's all about character and trust when starting a business..Moreso when you are trying to move in different directions that require greater amounts of trust from the people we deal with.
It's well know that you guys are comp'd the Microcaptrade platform, so you don't suffer the frustration that some others do(on a daily basis)...Remember...Most of these peope are shareholders and want to believe they are using a functional part of "their" company to follow their investment. Thay want to be proud of their investment. Do you not see how unprofessional it is to not provide a promised service to paying members> Let alone members that are shareholders as well.
