I hear this phrase a lot:
"If RD-1 were a “failure” we would have known it by now!"

Why is that? Maybe RD-1 did fail and they're not sure what the hell to do now..
Why does the board assume that bad results would be announced by now?
I'd love that to be the case, for I don't mind waiting until December for GOOD news, so, if someone has a good reason beyond a gut feeling, I'd love to hear it..
