Yes, they dilute the crap out of shareholders when good news is released!

Some of the other explanations here make zero sense...so who bought in recently at a low enough pps to be selling for a profit??????

LOL....sorry guys, I hate to say it, but I bought into yet another losing positon due to dilution.....IMO.
