David M. Marks - Chairman, Titan Global Holdings, Inc.
David Marks has served as Chairman of Titan Global Holdings since its inception and subsequent public offering via reverse merger in 2002. Mr. Marks led the Company’s transition from a manufacturer of printed circuit boards in Silicon Valley to a diversified holding company that owns operating assets in energy, communications, consumer products and electronics and homeland security. Mr. Marks brings extensive private and public company experience to team Titan. His private experience includes business and real estate acquisitions, refinancings, and dispositions ranging in size from single asset transactions under $1 million to portfolio transactions in excess of $170 million. Mr. Marks public company experiences include leading multiple entities through reverse merger offerings and subsequent growth. His industry experience includes real estate, domestic and international manufacturing, construction, maritime investments, casino gaming, telecommunications, energy and technology.
Mr. Marks also serves as the Trustee of the Irrevocable Children's Trust, Irrevocable Children's Trust No.2 and Phoenix Business Trust since 1994, where he oversees all trust investments, with responsibilities that begin pre-acquisition and extend throughout ownership, operation, and disposition. David has played a key role in all acquisitions and management of the Trust's portfolio of commercial real estate, operating companies, and investments. Mr. Marks continues to control the largest voting block of Titan’s equity on behalf of Irrevocable Children's Trust and its affiliates.
