Sounds like he diluted and made money the way all Pinky CEO's do.

Very tempting to make a few hundred grand by selling shares legally into the market.

I know a guy who started a Pink Sheet company, business was window washing. He got 100 million shares approved and sold them all to the public markets at an average pps of .025

Made about 2 million after taxes. He put out 6 PR's.

Then he sold the shell. Simple as that. And perfectly legal.

You can say and PR just about anything you want on the PK's because the SEC has bigger fish to fry.
