With Alabama going broke PRGL set to rise from the ashes. Sure its been hammered down, but the city of Opp hasnt been able to afford to finish the rail, roads and sewer properly for the full bio plant.

With production on a smaller scale possibly happening in the next 60 to 90 days despite the cities apparent neglect of its responsibilities, hopefully Perihelion will begin production. It has till 2009 to do so, so your getting in on the ground floor with a low market cap with much more likely invested then the current stock price shows.

Of course, the naysayers and complainers are as usual always welcome to step up at the plate too.

People still need to drive to work and Ike and the refineries shutdown should make for high demand in the bio's arena.
