If we see the private investors come on board, then I believe it is a pretty good sign these revenue streams are coming. Investment groups with a lot of money don't get that way by accident or by taking stupid chances. I personally don't believe the private investors would sign on until Telmex was a done deal, so if we see them come on, Telmex is soon to follow IMO
Look how close we are to maxed out on the A/S limit. Yet no shareholders meeting scheduled, no proxy vote, no nothing. And yes, Dean DOES need a vote to increase the A/S. Even if retail holders don't really have any control, we still get a vote, and that isn't happening as of yet.
Add to all of this the prospect of India launching, and a MID in the 4th quarter, and we could see a very dramatic turnaround in the last quarter of this year.
You know, my broker friend scolded me a few years ago for investing in ONEV. Invest in stable, good quality stocks, he said, like the financial sector. A sector which now is in the middle of an absolute meltdown. Some of the biggest financial institutions in the world dissappear over the course of a friggin weekend. I think may be willing to take more of a risk now and throw money into speculative plays like ONEV now that there is no "safe bet."
Now we just need Dean to get the job done, and I think there are real signs that could be happening as we speak.
