SSTY: Acquisition of Globe Staff Consulting for $4 Million [delayed]

Sure Trace Security Corporation (SSTY) announced the closing of the acquisition of 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Globe Staff Consulting, a privately owned French corporation, for $4 million. Globe Staff markets a fully developed geo-localization system called eGeoTrack which allows real time, two-way localization of people or vehicles from their mobile phones. Additional products in research and development include tracking systems for offshore activities and convicted criminals, and eGeoSenior, eGeoCardio and eGeoKid. Globe Staff will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sure Trace.
