City of Opp stonewalling the permit because they have likely been negligent in providing the proper diameter infrastructure for handling a 60 mill gall per year bio plant! A simple commercial sewer line is not big enough. Look at a meat packing plant and you will find that they need to increase the diameter of the pipes and provide proper lifting stations for handling the increased flows, just like a bio plant.

Alabama is going broke. Covington county cant afford to build roads they need.

Perihelion getting blamed, when the blame is easy to see.

City of Opp not doing what they said they would do. Need to build roads, sewer and rail! But City of Opp doesnt have the cash.
