Thats right whistles, the plant cant run without the proper sewer infrastructure in place. Its the City of Opp that maybe negligent as they knew that a 60 Mgy plant was to be put there. The city of Opp had lots of time that they squandered.

City of Opp has a lot of things they havent done.

Its time for PRGL shareholders to get our due

Lots of Negs on this board live in the City of Opp. Would be nice to see Perihelion get a nice award settlement and for those negs in the City of Opp watch their taxes increase to pay for the damages because of the Cities negligence!
