What in the world does Jefferson County and Covington County have in common with PRGL. Not a thing, Just as our friend seems to think that the State of Alabama had anything to do with the PRGL deal in Opp. Look at the map and notice that Opp Alabama is in Covington County not Jefferson County. Now to answer my question, What does Covington County and Jefferson County have in common? Its easy, they are both Counties! Duhhh Wish John would pay the light bill and those folks he ripped off in Opp and Covington County, It is always someone elses fault, John H Beebe be a man step up and say you screwed up.
