Gee whiz.. I obviously underestimated your knowlege. It sounds like you have got the whole thing figured out. So much for trying to carry on an intelliget conversation with you. Maybe you should go ahead and tell us all about convertibles and how protected shares work since you brought it up!!!! Oh and without copy and paste if you can please. Good luck KOP.

What about convertibles? Can you please explain those, too? Can you also explain how protected shares also work so that these are not reduced after a R/S?
