Hedge funds??? You are kidding, right? There's isn't enough liquidity with 69,000 daily average volume for hedge funds to be interested in a stock like CTGI.... It's really very simple, CTGI has perceived potential by some investors, but no sales, just overhead.....therefore no pps support in a bad market.

Cash is King until further notice!!!

My comments on companies are usually my opinion of long term success (years). The PPS may go up or down greatly in the meantime depending on the number of greedy suckers with money.
