This company has some good fundamentals behind it, so it seems a better bet than the rest. There actually are a few safe guards in place for the conversions, such as the 4.99% anti-dilution clause, cash flow positive as of last month, and the ability to now pay cash to pay off the debentures. Looks to be debt free by years end, then other options come into play to reduce the O/S and conventional financing can be used to support growth, no more stock needed. Short term we still have some volatility, but long term looks real good, at least from what I have seen and read and heard, but that's my opinion for right now.
