HE LIED ABOUT LEGACY DEBT IMO. He's an EX broker and we're to believe he MISSED it!!?? If so, then he is totally incompenent to run SWVC and needs to resign immediately and turn over his preferred shares!!!

But since he's an EX broker, I'm guessing he KNOWS he was rewarding a friend and used the "missed the fine print" as a cover!!! I wouldn't trust LYING TOM any more than I'd trust a politician!! What? Oh he's a politician too!!! WE ARE SCREWED!!!!
