Clay you can short a penny stock !!

Naked shorting is being done from the continent. Its like Phil said. THey are shorting it as long as they can. They hope eventually the company will fail and they never have to deliver.

The system ( also the SEC) helps these naked shorters cause their positions never get exposed or opened. So all they have to do is make some good agreements amongst each other ( naked shorters) and they easily kill the sp.

I'm not saying this is the ONLY item why SP is this LOW
Like I told you before.. Is Phil in this?
And if NMKT would deliver on time, than the shorties would be gone by now. or not feel comfortable.
But to say there is no shortposition here or that this penny cannot be shorted is not true unfortunately

What I do not understand is WHY NMKT does not deliver dividend stocks or go to an upgraded listing

one of these would tackle the naked shorting !!
