My guess is .15 to .30 cents a share. I keep changing this. But it is based on at least 100 million dollars in capitalization. How long will it take to reach that point? Once the merger takes place, appreciation could take overnight.

The reason why overnight is that HKBV will get cash and stock from the new company. Then the new IPO stage on the Frankfurt Exchange.

I agree with with! this should change overnight. SO who knows HKBV's next news could be. Hey were merging and going on the Frankfurt exchange. then wham the PPS goes to .11 a share.
