stockseekerok, That is true only for those that have certs. If you have shares in a brokerage account they are only electronic markers and could be air (nss) shares. NSS shares are not part of the legal float. If divi's are paid the ones who sold the NSS are responsible to cover. We need to know the complete share structure to know exactely what is going on. It is my belief that the NSS in FFGO is huge. I believe that FFGO and the insiders have more shares than what is in the legal float. That is the reason that a cash divi is so important at this time.

NSS shorting that causes FTD's is against the law.
