Quite often with these type deals the deadline could be extended out again. These reverse merger plays take a lot of patience waiting for them to close. Sometimes they can drag out for months, sometimes the deals fall through. Until we see an 8K announcing this deal has closed anything could happen. I'm still optimistic here btw.
