Your statements sound as if you work for Toyota. How can u say the settlement depend on share price? Does RIMM,Rambus and PTSC settlements depended on their share?
Can u imagine when the jury realized that Toyota actually visited SOLM business and saw the technology.
Toyota is sweating in their shorts and boots.
if you enjoyed your short position so far,i would cover IMO.
Monday I will pickup another 100k shares more.
