In regards to the Triggers to allocate some cash to shares, do you , beyond using this trigger point, vary the amount of the cash that will be allocated to shares?

Currently no, I do have plans to add a few more triggers like minimum amount, and some type of average crossing system. You would only get a buy or sell if all three happened.

At this point the PremiVest Investor can obviously start using some margin if he chooses to do so. On the price rise side the allocation to shares drops, then goes to zero at Dead Zone Limit before the allocation amount reaches zero. As prices keep rising the trade advice changes to selling shares in parcels while all the time the Periodic Lay Away is added as cash as well.

Sounds like the programs are behaving very similar. In Hi/Low the percentage is applied to the whole portfolio (which includes any new cash). If one was very daring one can change the low percent to a negative number and sell more stock than you have(short selling). If you change high percent to more than 100% you would buy more shares than you have cash for(buying on margin). Please understand I have not tested it, just saw that you got negative trades.

Come see me at Systematic Investing group #board-966 lets talk formula plans.
