the question was rhetorical as i know that no one here knows who the company is - further there is no reason why a company cannot be disclosed, and finally, if the merger were going to happen people sould be able to find SOMETHING and the price should not fall precipitously -

the writing is on the wall - if you are truely in, i strongly urge you to consider selling into the next pump as the opportunities will become fewer and farther in between for a non-transparent company to retain any simblance of shareholder value -
