sheesh .. a little logic and common sense
here please ..

finra had the app in hand on friday aug 8th
alec <sr analyst> gave me the time frame
which i actually posted here on this blog
in real time at approx 3:30 pm on friday 8/8

it went back to mm <alps> for 3 business days ..
either way alps had it .. from 8/11 to 8/13
or from 8/12 to 8/14 before it was returned
to *finra* .. they had 7 business days to
*review* and *approve* .. that takes finra
from .. 8/14 or 8/15 to when .. class ..

on monday evening aerp had been approved for uplist
effective the next day 8/26

the ucc was filed on 8/13th

un freakin believable

i'm almost embarrassed
